The event consists of several parts: training seminars, business meetings, and an evening entertainment program.

14.30–17.00 — evening session of pre-scheduled appointments (each appointment is 15 min);

17.00–18.00 — "Champagne-hour", non-scheduled appointments;

from 18.00 — Baku Travel Bazaar evening cocktail.
